Setup Guide: Installing a Rocker Plate on Your Tacx Flux

Step-by-step guide to install a rocker plate on your Tacx Flux. Ready in 5 minutes.

What You Need

You only need the rocker plate, your trainer and a ball pump. No tools required.

Step 1: Position the Rocker Plate

Place the rocker plate on a flat surface. Allow at least 10 cm space on both sides. Place the balls in their designated holders.

Step 2: Place Your Tacx Flux

Carefully lift your Tacx Flux onto the rocker plate. The cutouts are precisely aligned with your trainer's feet. Check that the trainer is stable.

Step 3: Adjust the Balance

Inflate the balls until you feel a slight side-to-side movement. Start with less pressure and gradually increase until you find the balance that suits you.

Tips for the Perfect Setup

Sit on your bike and feel the movement. Adjust ball pressure until it feels comfortable. Most people find their ideal setting within 2-3 training sessions.
