Return policy
You have 30 days after receipt to return your order. The rocker plate must be returned in original condition and packaging.
How to return:
- Send an email to {email} with your order number
- You will receive a return label by email
- Pack the rocker plate in the original box
- Attach the return label and drop it off at a PostNL point
- Once we receive the return, we will refund within 5 business days
Warranty
All rocker plates come with a 2-year factory warranty covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
