Order

Every rocker plate is packed in a custom box and shipped. Every box is as compact as a rocker plate, making it easy to take with you on trips. We use recycled materials that are extra sturdy and ensure every rocker plate is protected against external damage.

You can pay with iDEAL or credit card. After payment you will receive an order confirmation and your rocker plate will be reserved and packed. We use a secure payment system via Shopify Payments. Your data is encrypted and processed safely.

Every order is shipped after production, with a signature required upon receipt. You will always receive a track-and-trace code so you know when your rocker plate will be delivered. We ship via PostNL for orders in the Netherlands and via DPD for Belgium.

Every Cycleplate is made to order — produced by hand in our workshop in Nijmegen as soon as your order comes in, not from stock. Expect a total lead-time of around 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. After ordering you receive a production schedule by email and stay informed about the status of your Cycleplate. Milling is automated; the rest of production and assembly is done by hand.
