Sigue los pasos para instalar tu rocker plate.
Quick start

Place the rocker plate
Place the rocker plate on a flat, stable surface. Make sure there is enough space around it. Then place your indoor trainer on the rocker plate.

Inflate the balls
Inflate the ball until both plates with indoor trainer and bike are horizontal. Sit on your bike to feel the balance. If you lean too much to the left, inflate the ball(s) on the left side with one or two pumps.

Fine-tune
If you have too much air in the balls, unscrew the valve hose from the pump. Briefly push the valve hose into the ball to release a small amount of air. Sit on the bike again.

Ready to ride
Once you feel balanced on the bike, you're ready to go. The easiest way is to have someone help inflate the balls to the right pressure while you sit on the bike.
Front wheel support assembly

Unpack parts
Take all parts from the packaging: the curved main piece, the two cross bars and the rubber mallet. Check that everything is present.

Flip the support
Flip the curved main piece so the slots for the cross bars face up. The two narrow feet are already mounted on the bottom.

Insert cross bars
Push the two cross bars through the slots on both sides of the main piece. Push them evenly so they stick out equally on both sides.

Tap in place
Tap the cross bars firmly into place with the included rubber mallet. Do not use a metal hammer to avoid damaging the wood.

Ready for use
The front wheel support is now fully assembled. Place it in front of your rocker plate so your front wheel rests nicely on it during training.
Front wheel support installation

Position the support
Place the front wheel support at the end of the mat, at the correct distance from your indoor trainer. Make sure it is straight in front of the trainer.

Place front wheel
Roll the front wheel into the slot of the support. Make sure the wheel is centered and the support is stable on the ground.

Check position
Check from a low angle that the wheel sits properly in the support and the bike is horizontal. The support must be flat on the ground.

Secure with strap
Secure the front wheel with the included velcro strap. Hook the strap through the slots and pull it tight so the wheel cannot shift.
Inflating the balls

The movement
The rocker plate moves side-to-side thanks to the balls under the plate. By adjusting the pressure in the balls you control how much freedom of movement the plate has.

Ready to train
Once the plate is balanced and moves comfortably, you're ready. Open your training app and enjoy a more natural feel on your indoor trainer.
